Care Right There Home Care in Glassboro, NJ, is seeking an experienced Live-In Caregiver to provide compassionate, one-on-one care for clients with Autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral needs. Pay Rate: $180 to $210/day

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with therapies, daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship; Engage clients with activities and emotional support.
- Manage behavioral needs with empathy and consistency.
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation focusing on their specific dietary needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Consistent communication with your support team.
Requirements:
- Experience working with mentally challenged, disabled, or behavioral clients.
- Seizure trained not required but preferred
- Licensed driver with a reliable vehicle preferred
- CPR certification (required or willing to obtain)
- Patience, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- NJ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) preferred, but not required – training available.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
- Some sign language knowledge or willingness to learn.
